Where Are your Products Made

All of our products are made with love in the United States, sunny California to be specific!

Can I Use Your Products While Pregnant

Our products are made with the most nourishing natural ingredients, but you should always consult your physician prior to using any new products if you are pregnant.

What Is The Shelf Life Of Your Products

Each product has a shelf life of approximately 12 months.

Do You Offer Samples Of Your Products

We do not offer product samples at this time. However, we offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you are unhappy with your Flora & Fauna product. We also run sales and discounts through partner e-commerce platforms, so subscribe to our newsletter for chances to save!

Where Can I Find The Product Ingredients

To view a product’s ingredient deck, find that particular product on the “Products” page, then scroll down until you see “Full Ingredient List”.

Are Your Products Cruelty Free

Of course! We love animals and would never test on any of our furry friends. Our formulas contain NO animal derivatives.

Are There Any Harsh Chemical Ingredients

We do not use any harsh chemical ingredients in any of our products. That means no harsh chemical preservatives (like parabens), no synthetic fragrance, no sulfates, no parabens, no paraffin, no propylene glycol, no synthetic colors, no phthalates, no silicones, no microbeads, no mineral oils, no DEA.

Do Any Of Your Products Contain Fragrance

All of our products have no additional fragrances at all, with the exception of the Powder Room Rose Spray. This product is infused with a concentrated and highly aromatic rose extract. No worries, our extract is hypoallergenic and formulated to be phthalate-free.

Do Your Products Offer Sun Protection

Our are not tested to have SPF. In fact, some of our antioxidant blends will actually make your skin MORE sensitive to sunlight so we strongly recommend wearing sunscreen in conjunction with our products.

Are Your Products Gluten Free

Our products are always gluten free. However, customers with allergies should review our ingredient decks with their healthcare provider prior to purchasing our products.

Do Your Products Contain Any Nut Oils

Our products are never contain any nut oils. However, customers with allergies should review our ingredient decks with their healthcare provider prior to purchasing our products.

Can I Use More Than One Discount Code At Checkout

Our system only allows one discount code per order. If you have more than one code, please apply whichever saves you the most now & hang onto the other for your next purchase!

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and then again once your package has shipped. This second email will contain any tracking information you need to keep an eye out for your Flora & Fauna products. How Can I Edit My Shipping Address

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us at  floraandfauna@reneecosmeticconsulting.com as soon as possible so we can update your address accordingly.

Where Is My Order... Tracking Stats My Order Was Delivered, But It Wasn’t

If tracking states your order was delivered, please first check with neighbors and building managers in the area to see if they may have received your Flora & Fauna. If the address is accurate and you’re still not able to locate your order, contact your local post office to see if they might have it. Sometimes orders accidentally get marked as “Delivered” even though they are waiting at the post office or are still in transit. If USPS is unable to locate your order, then reach out to our support team so we can further assist you.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please note that all values on our site are listed in USD.

What Is Your Return Policy

We currently do not accept any returns. However, we offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you are unhappy with your Flora & Fauna product.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund

We will issue your refund within 2-3 business days. The refunded amount should be available on your card (or original method of payment) within 7-10 business days.

What Items Are Non-Refundable

Free gifts with purchase, promotional items,  and any items marked “final sale” with retail value are non-refundable.

What If My Product Is Damaged

We are more than happy to replace a damaged product with the same item. Just send us an email at floraandfauna@reneecosmeticconsulting.com.
